He called the owner and talked to him for a bit. He did it right in front of me, so there were no secrets. I knew he was actually talking to someone and was working out a deal for me. When he came back to our conversation, he had worked out a phenomenal deal for me! Phenomenal and fair. He also walked me through the contract process step by step, explaining everything. Once he was done writing the contract and explaining everything, I had no questions and no hesitation in signing. Kent became my point person with the company so I was completely comfortable going forward. Everything went off without a hitch and I am completely satisfied with the results. I went from looking for a roofer to repair the shingles on my house, to finding a company that I feel completely comfortable calling again for another roofing need I have.
