As of September 6, 2018 the HomeAdvisor Rewards Program has ended. Customers who have completed and reviewed a project within the last 12 months may continue to earn and claim their Reward until October 31, 2018. All projects and reviews submitted after that date will be ineligible for a reward.

What is HomeAdvisor Rewards?HomeAdvisor Rewards celebrates homeowners who use HomeAdvisor to find, hire and review pros for their home projects. It's simple: Homeowners earn a credit ("Credit") for each verified project where the homeowner also provides a review, using HomeAdvisor pros for Eligible Projects (defined in Section #4 below). Homeowners who earn three Credits are eligible for a $50 cash Reward.

How do I sign up?It's easy! You will be automatically enrolled in HomeAdvisor Rewards when you submit an Eligible Project request through HomeAdvisor's ProFinder or Instant Booking services . Only U.S. Residents are eligible to participate in HomeAdvisor Rewards.

How much does it cost to join?There is no cost to join HomeAdvisor Rewards.

Are all projects eligible for a Reward?In order for a project to be eligible for a Reward:
- Homeowners must hire a HomeAdvisor Member Service Professional ("HA Pro") using HomeAdvisor's ProFinder or Instant Booking services ("Eligible Project(s)"). Only service requests matched by HomeAdvisor are Eligible Projects. For example: projects where a consumer selects pros from the HomeAdvisor directory are not Eligible Projects)
- To verify that the work was completed, homeowners must submit a review of the HA Pro's completed work (the "Verified Job") on HomeAdvisor.com. (HomeAdvisor will request reviews for Eligible Projects via email)
- HomeAdvisor reserves the right to verify with the HA Pro that the HA Pro completed the verified job.
- Project requests must be submitted on or after January 6, 2017*

How many completed Credits do I need to earn my Reward?You may claim your Reward after you have accumulated 3 Credits in your HomeAdvisor Rewards account.

Can I earn Credits by calling pros directly?No, only Eligible Projects are eligible for HomeAdvisor Rewards.

Can I earn Credits for past projects?You may earn Credits for any Eligible Projects that have been verified for any project where the service request was submitted on or after January 6, 2017*

Can I earn Credits by hiring the same pro multiple times?No, not unless you submit additional service requests. Only one Credit may be earned per Eligible Project.

Do Credits ever expire?All Credits will expire after 12 months of inactivity on your account.

Is there a limit on the amount of Rewards I may receive?You may earn up to two Rewards in every 12-month period starting from date you are enrolled in the program. (Max of $100 per 12-month period)

Why didn't my review earn Credits?You may have submitted a pro review for an ineligible project. Or, your review may be pending verification, which, on average, can take 30 business days to process. Simply login to your HomeAdvisor.com account, click on "My Reviews" to check your review's current status. See Rewards Terms & Conditions for additional information regarding Eligible Projects.

When will I get Credit for my project review?On average, you can expect your project to be reviewed and verified within 30 business days of submission.

Will I earn Credits if I review a pro I didn't hire through HomeAdvisor?No. Pro Reviews earn Rewards only for Eligible Projects.

Will I earn Credits if I leave a negative review?Yes, give us your honest feedback. So long as you are reviewing a pro for an Eligible Project, you are all set! All reviews are subject to our Reviews Community Guidelines.

How do I check my Rewards status?Simply access the 'Rewards' page once you have logged in to your account on HomeAdvisor. Check My Rewards Status

Can I transfer Credits to another account or user?No. Credits and/or Rewards are not transferrable.

Can I cash in early for a smaller Reward - or save up for a bigger one?Credits may not be redeemed for a lesser or greater value. Once you have 3 project Credits you can claim your Reward.

How quickly will I receive my check?Once you have claimed your Reward through HomeAdvisor, you can expect to receive your check within 2 — 3 weeks.
