Very courteous and professional. Did a good job at a reasonable price. Arrived at stated time, worked steadily, and cleaned up when finished. Will certainly use them again.

Kennedy’s Property Management has been extremely helpful to our family in a time when a guardian angle was needed. My mother-in-law passed and her house’s yard had only had minimal maintenance over the last few years. The yard needed some major clean up of over growth. The overgrowth resulted in 3 trailers worth of yard waste being hauled off the property. We as a family have too many examples of how amazing the Kennedy’s Property Management were with this one job to list, but two examples I want to highlight are: 1. The family did not have a plan of what all should be done and due also managing our grief, we were not in a frame of mind to come up with a plan. When I met with Charles to review and quote the job, he helped by giving some ideas and I quickly realized that he had a vision beyond anything that the family had time to come up with. We were able to essentially give creative control over and this removed a huge amount of stress on yet one additional thing on our plates. 2. Charles’ vision included utilizing a pretty old concrete bird bath that needed to be moved from the back yard to the front. Due to the age of the bird bath, it crumbled to pieces when they tried to lift it off the ground. Charles was able to find a replacement concrete bird bath for a minimal addition to the quoted price. To wrap up, the services provided were above and beyond expectations, the price was very reasonable, the extreme work ethics of the crew is something not seen by many today, and all of the work was completed extremely fast with zero need for monitoring. I and the our family strongly recommend them to all.

Charles has serviced the maintenance of my backyard pool for over a year. I've never had any pool problems since he has taken it over. He works with authority and knows what he is doing. If you have a pool and need it maintained, you will be served likewise.

I have had other pool services, but thus one by far is the best.

Mr. Kennedy came out and done a quote for some vegetation removal and general yard work almost a year ago. While he was at my house he was respectful, professional and honest. He also gave a very fair quote on the job. I did not use him for this service because I completed the job myself. Fast forward to this year and a comical accident brought us back face to face. Mr. Kennedy was backing out of my neighbor’s driveway and did not see my mailbox, and he accidentally flattened it. He did the right thing and pulled over to assess the damage and was extremely apologetic and once again the professional that gave me a quote a year ago. He told me he would replace the mailbox and asked me about the specifics on what I would want to replace it. He showed up the next day early to replace the mailbox before the mail carrier ran her route. He replaced the mailbox with higher quality parts than I originally had. This review is not necessarily a review of his business but a review of the content of his character. If I ever have any landscaping that I need done I will only be using Mr. Kennedy.

Excellent work! My yard hasn't looked better. I am very impressed with Kennedy's Property Management.
