          Comment: We had a sump pump installed in October 2015 and it is emitting bad odors which we think are from standing water. We need the sump pump thoroughly cleaned and flushed out, including possibly vacuuming out the standing water and cleaning with a bleach or vinegar solution. Also want an opinion as to whether we need the sump pump replaced.
