Mike and his crew showed up on time and completed the work in the timeframe he quoted. Minor rotted wood and ant problems were photographed and communicated to me immediately, allowing us to remedy the problems. I asked for a couple extra things not originally quoted. Mike was quick to take care of them as well. He went back the following day to double check that everything was complete and the work area was clean.
