    "I had 3 proposals for my project. Home Genius stood out from the others. Brandon was the rep that I worked with. He was by far the most professional of the 3. Spent a lot of time going over everything that was needed. He went into the attic to check on things under the roof. The others did a drive by to check the work that needed to be done. Promised work would be done in 2 weeks once everything was agreed upon. They were here as promised. Brent handled everything from start to finish was a man of his word.     Comment: There was a full wall brick fireplace in family room. They took down outside chimney but the vents in the brick wall has air blowing in, that room is at least 15 degrees colder than the rest of house. That needs fix and if not to expensive wood like to get rest of walls done. House was built in 1955 and is on a concrete slab.
