They came to my house within 30 minutes, gave me an estimate, offered to do the work right away, went to the hardware store to pick up parts I did not have and did a very thorough clean up when the work was finished. They made sure plumbing was brought up to code in my old house (built in 1905). They worked quietly and efficiently. The work was done a week ago and everything seems to be in working order. "I started getting quotes on inspecting & replacing my sump pump weeks ago. It was running but didnt seem to be draining. Got a couple estimates from bigger names and took a chance for one more from Mar-Tin Plumbing & Drain, LLC. I'm glad I did. He arrived early and was responsive to all my calls and messages. He looked at the sump pump and knew immediately it wasn't emptying correctly and quoted a very reasonable price for a new pump and installation. He had all the materials in his truck and got to work immediately within 10 minutes. While replacing the pump he brought up that the drain pipe just ran randomly into the ground with no clear endpoint with no idea how far or where it was emptying. I was going to mention to this him but he brought it up first. He said he would check it (as it wasn't really supposed to be like that) and given the age of the house its possible the sump pump failing and not working efficiently arose because the drain terminating like that could lead to blockage. Suffice to say he was correct and showed me how the drain was obstructed and the flow of water was being reversed. He explained to me in detail why I should have the drain piping redone but didn't push. He quoted me a separate quote on him redoing the drain pipe so it drained correctly and farther away from the house. It was also a very reasonable price compared to what others had given me for the same issue. He said if I didnt want to do it today to think on it and call him and he would come back out. No pressure. I decided save myself the trouble and asked him to do the additional work. All in all it took him about a little under 3 hours and he was fast efficient and communicated before, during, and after everything was completed. He even explained how the various drains in the basement and exterior stairwell worked together and informed me that I should clean out all the debris that had gathered before the amount of rain this weekend and also gave advice on what type of flooring we should redo our basement with. Excellent work and customer service, I'm glad to have found a local plumbing company I can support that offers such quality work."

"I contracted with this company for a patio with pavers. They did a fantastic Job. I loved it so much that I asked them to do 3 sidewalks with the same pavers. Then I asked about my pool. I wanted something to make my above ground pool look appealing. With the suggestions made (absolutely no pressure, just ideas) I ended up having a deck built on. It is a 32 x 10 deck with a Pergola in the center. It is beautiful. Because this was so awesome and the quality of work was fantastic, we now have the Fascia board on our house replaced with an addition of Soffits. It is beautiful and maintenance free. This company will be installing new gutters this week. 7th State Builders do it all. Their motto is If you can dream it, we can build it. This is so very true. I love All of the work and the crews are polite and clean up completely when finished with each job. I will be having a new addition built soon."
