"The owner Kevin replaced a failing load bearing beam on my outside porch. The original builder did a poor job with the beam. Kevin gave me options and explained each one in full including pricing. A new solid wood beam was installed and the job came out excellent. There were no hidden costs and the job was professionally done. I would hire Ambassador again and would recommend them to neighbors."

"West Shore took good care of me from point of sale to installation and financing. David was wonderful to with in the sales process and was even available for any questions I had after the sale. The installers Dillon, Coleton, and Mathew were respectful and great at the removal of the tub and install of the new walk-in shower project. They had everything completed in a timely mannerâ 8 hours, taking care of my home, and cleaning up after. Thank you all! I love my new shower!"

"You get what you pay for...it’s as simple as that. They are not the cheapest but they did an amazing job in just a little over a week, using superior materials and paint than the competition. They have crews on staff that are the best at what they do and it shows. Renfari and JR were incredibly responsive and easy to work with, answering all my questions and concerns quickly and thoroughly. They went out of their way to find and correct peripheral issues, like a leaky outdoor water spigot of which we were unaware. Because they fully back their product, they are going to go out of their way to make sure you get a beautiful 100% complete solution. It was a worry free experience that I can’t recommend highly enough. We were so pleased with the siding, crew and company that we also had them replace our roof. They did it in 2 days and it is top of the line and gorgeous. I’ve never been so proud to turn down my street and glimpse my house as i drive up! If your lucky you may get the Stephen/Sam sales duo to come out...they are the Jim and Dwight dream team...if you know that reference then you’ll know you are working with the best. I’ll leave it to you to decide which is which ;) I gave 5 stars because I couldn’t give 6. :)"

"Had competing quotes for both some bathroom work (moving light fixture electrical, moving and adding an outlet, redoing a shiplap wall) as well as an entire front and backyard make over. They had the best value by far. Completely redid it all. It came out better than expected, and looks phenomenal. I will definitely be using New Edge again for future projects. Oh, and I've been getting people in my neighborhood stopping and complimenting me on how goo the front yard looks."

Our Salesperson, Harlan, was very professional and explained the benefits of the new windows and all about Power as a company. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire job in a day! Everything was installed perfectly and the crew was courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Erin came to visit the next day to make sure everything was up to their standards and addressed any questions we had. Most certainly the best experience we've ever had with a home contractor. "Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"Robert and his crew did some extensive remodeling for my needs. He installed a new full bathroom, remodeled one bathroom for wheelchair access, and remodeled a third bathroom. His crew installed new tile floors, and repaired the old tile floors. They installed wide doors exterior doors to accommodate wheelchair. And they enclosed a patio into an insulated sun-room. Robert was easy to work with, and was real reasonable. He also did a lot of work under Veterans Administration and ADA guidelines and was qualified and approved to do veteran Adapted Housing. I highly recommend Robert and his crew."
